She holds bachelor’s degrees in Mass Communication and Journalism and Spanish, and completed a Master of Business Communication from her home base in Minneapolis, MN.

Federico Ferreres has been Softtek's Competitive Intelligence Manager since 2007. His responsibilities include managing analyst relations, researching trends and market shifts in IT services industry, as well as providing consultancy services to drive Softtek's next generation offerings.
Prior to joining Softtek, Federico served as a senior analyst at Select, a leading Mexican-born analyst boutique firm specialized in technology-related markets. Previous to that, he was a business consultant in Argentina's OJF & Asociados, a macroeconomic advisory firm since 1992.

Since joining Softtek in 1999, Rodrigo has served in different roles aiming to improve project delivery based on industry best practices and agile models. When he is not working as a Business Relationship Managers in the Hospitality vertical or doing the dishes at home, he blogs about technology, China and how technology is changing our concept of privacy. He holds a BS in Computer Science and an MBA from the Tecnológico de Monterrey, and currently lives in Miami with his wife and daughter.
